Summit Canyon Mountaineering understands the importance of your
privacy. We are committed to protecting our customer's privacy.
When orders are placed, we use the information from customers to
correctly process orders and to improve our ability to understand
our customer's needs.

Use of Such Information
Summit Canyon Mountaineering stores e-mail, phone numbers and physical
addresses when a customer makes an order or contacts us. When a
customer makes a purchase, except for credit card details, information
supplied on the purchase order is passed to Summit Canyon. Such
information is only used for processing orders, and possibly for
later contact when Summit Canyon has new products which may interest
customers.
Payment for orders is handled through our bank and credit card merchant
accounts. No credit card details (credit card number, expiration
date) is ever stored by Summit Canyon..
Summit Canyon may provide reports about site use and traffic patterns,
stripped of any individual identification, to third parties for
marketing research. We do not sell, give away, or distribute
email addresses.
Policies Regarding Third Parties
Our orders are processed securely by appropriate credit card companies
and banks, and their privacy policy can be viewed on their website
at their websites
Summit Canyon current policy is to not sell, rent or trade personal
information to others; however, Summit Canyon Mountaineering
reserves the right to do so in the future. If Summit Canyon Mountaineering
does decide to do this, Summit Canyon Mountaineering will email
each customer and give each customer 30 days to inform Summit Canyon
Mountaineering if he or she wishes their information to remain private.
Customers with concerns about disclosing personal information may
send an e-mail stating their needs to Summit
Canyon Mountaineering. Such information will remain private.
